Dewey was a great captain and especially patient and helpful with our kids. We had a fun, relaxed day fishing and would gladly book with him again. This trip was inshore, but we’re already looking forward to heading farther out next summer. We would confidently recommend Dewey to anyone looking for a solid fishing experience.

captain dewey was great my son and I had a great experience with him. we caught fishing from the first cast until the last. I highly recommend using captain Dewey youll have a great time with a really experienced captain who knows the waters of orange beach and gulf shores really well

2 adults and 2 children. We had a great time. Captain Dewey was great. He worked with us to make sure we all caught fish. The kids enjoyed the dolphins we seen across the way so he made sure to get us close by to have a better look. We departed with our fish cleaned and on ice. Great time for us. Thanks again.

Captain Dewey was a fantastic guide. Me and my family vacation on the gulf of America yearly and always book a fishing trip. From the moment we met the captain we knew we would have a good day. Every stop we caught fish and even caught a 30lb black drum. We caught some reds but he had us on some big ones but the smaller ones kept biting first. I would recommend this trip for anyone beginner to experienced. We will use captain Dewey next time we are in orange beach.

First time fishing with the kids! We caught LOTS of fish, and a few keepers for lunch! Capt. Dewey was great with the kids and camaraderie, like we had been fishing together for years. The kids would do it again TOMORROW, if we didn’t have to get back to work! Next time, Capt Dewey! Next time.

Memories were made for sure captain Dewey was amazing and so fun! Experienced captain and really made it a fun and enjoyable time! We had a contest with who could catch the most and the biggest my daughter caught 13 and I caught the biggest!! Captain Dewey taught my son some things about the boat and I would highly recommend this for anyone who wants a good memorable time!

We fished several different spots and caught fish at every stop. Captain Dewey stayed well stocked with live bait and was quick to help whenever we needed it. It was a great day on the water, and I would gladly fish with Captain Dewey again.

The waves made snapper fishing tough for my son, but the captain quickly adjusted and got us onto trout in the bay. He was friendly, patient, and clearly focused on making sure we still had a great day on the water. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking with him again soon.

Captain Dewey was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to from start to finish. Communication was great from the moment I booked the charter through the end of the trip. He worked hard to put us on fish, and we still caught a solid number even though conditions weren’t ideal. I would absolutely book another charter with him and highly recommend him to anyone considering a trip. His wife handled the payment over the phone and was just as pleasant and professional to work with.

My husband and 12-year-old son had an excellent trip with Captain Dewey and his son. He’s very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and took the time to patiently teach my son along the way. They caught several different species and had a great experience overall. They would absolutely book another trip with Captain Dewey.
